Yes. Motley Exim Co. is a DGFT-registered exporter (IEC 0599007079) operating under India's SCOMET export-control framework. Defence exports are subject to Indian export-control approval and a valid End-User Certificate, and are not available to sanctioned or embargoed destinations.
Multi-spectral camouflage conceals an asset across several detection bands at once, such as visual, near-infrared, short-wave infrared, thermal infrared and radar, rather than defeating only the naked eye.
